Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from the time of receipt of payment.
Delivery time will vary from country to country, but we allow a maximum of 14 days in the UK and 30 Days worldwide. Please notify us if we have not received the items within these time periods.
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you change your mind, be confident that you can easily return any unwanted items. To return an item, prepare your order number found in the Orders section of your account or in the order confirmation email.

After the 14-day period, we can only exchange items if they were received faulty or if the wrong item was sent by a mistake. The item must be returned in the condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
We can refund goods returned within 14 days from delivery. We will notify you about your refund via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item will be £1.90.
